$&M Show: Season Two debut featuring Rebecca Knox~!

Posted by S&M Stew

Knox out the competition~!

On This Show: Rebecca Knox

We’re back with the first episode of SEASON TWO of Britain’s top wrestling audio show. Yes, it’s been such a long time since our last show, we’re calling this a new season, and starting afresh with what should hopefully be a run of top shows. First of all, we discuss the cliffhanger ending from Season One, and whether the King Of Europe DVDs actually exist after all.

Then it’s time for our very special guest – Irish phenom Rebecca Knox, who is breaking her public silence for the first time in almost an entire calendar year. Last year, with the world at her feet, Rebecca was struck down with a freak head injury to her cranial nerve which immediately called a halt to her pro wrestling career. From that point onwards, Rebecca disappeared off the face of the earth. No-one knew what her condition was, or whether she would ever be able to return to the ring. So for the first time in a year, Rebecca speaks openly to the wrestling world about her health, her career, her aims for the future and much more – including what she had for breakfast recently. World exclusive, folks!

From there, and considering it’s been so long since we’ve been on the air, the second half of the show sees us do a whistle stop tour of the British Wrestling industry. Amongst the promotions and topics covered are RQW/WAW at Great Yarmouth, IPW:UK (including the upcoming Sam Slam vs Jon Ryan TLC match and the ups and downs of the new Sittingbourne venue), congratulations on LDN’s one year of uninterrupted TWC coverage, 4FW’s major show on October 20th which is full of great looking stuff, and preceeded by a ChickFight afternoon show. Speaking of ChickFight, we touch on the recent Skegness show, and also on the same promoter’s recent XS:W show in Gloucester. On the other end of the scale, we discuss what makes Premier Promotions different (and great), and mention one of the most emotionally charged encounters of the year as Spud finally got his hands on “Charming” Don Charles at SAS’s recent Pinner show. While SAS was great, we have a report on last weekend’s BAWA show – which was anything but. We also talk SWCW’s new Monday Night Cwm innovation, discuss our favourite small annoying heels, and finish up with talk about RQW and the fate of The Hated Heroes.

It’s all here, and it’s all savage. Get it while it’s hot.
